Really a must have for any device that you have. Recommended.

We purchased a 65 inch Sony O Led and debated over the 5 year warranty. Since the TV was expensive and had new technology, we decided to go ahead and purchase the 5 year warranty. Hopefully we won't ever need it, but we have peace of mind in case we do. No deductibles either. We feel confident in the plan.

Honestly a great looking tv had it for over a year I love lg oled’s they really are the number 1 Tv’s for movies, shows, and gaming.

I glad I purchased the additional coverage. It puts me at ease knowing if something goes wrong with the TV, I will be in good hands. I just purchase another TV and soundbar and wireless surround sound speakers today. I purchased coverage on all 3 items. NO worries.

Very good smart TV. I’m happy. I had LG tv before but not smart and this one is a lot better.

Though I did not need to use the Geek Squad service during the two year protection plan I chose, the Geek Squad at my local store is vert reliable and have always given me a positive experience. I have had no issues with their service and highly recommend them when help is needed.

Since our new television is full of so many technological features we decided to be prepared in case something went wrong before we were ready to replace it. We also wanted to be sure that if any burn-in ever appeared on the screen, it would be covered. Hopefully we will never have to use it.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I always but the protection plans. I have a kid that can be hard on his electronics and this covers everything.

I have not used the Geek Squad on this tv yet but I have on past purchases and have always been pleased. That is why I bought the service for this TV.

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

Had a small problem, getting my TV to set up, they came out and helped with the final installation! Same day even!

I purchased this 5-Years standard Geek Squad Protection for the LG 55" TV that I purchased for my living room during this past Black Friday. And I am so glad that I did. It gives me a peace of mind knowing that the device is protected just incase anything goes wrong with the television.

Always a good idea with hig dollar electronics. I have purchased this with out electronics in the past and it has saved me a lot of stress when the factory warranty ran out. A very good investment got me a couple replacements in the past when the factory warranty expired.

I bought the 5 year protection plan and hope I never have to use it for my Sony tv but just in case the geek squad protection plan is as good as it gets from Best Buy.

Haven't used itt for things like tv yet, but, based on prior experience, they are a First-rate operation.

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

Honestly not a big fan of “warranties” or as Best Buy calls it “geek squad protection” but in their case, they are the exception to the rule. I have never had a single issue with a product needing repair when I purchased their protection plan. They are pretty much the only company, who offers them instore, I can say that about. Kudos Best Buy!!!

I was very excited when the agent told me that am qualified for new TV and I will also get a refund for the difference in price.
