The agents helped me load my tv to my vehicle very positive

When you consider that any television over 50" must be serviced in the house (can't be returned to the store for service). This 5 year warrantee for $50 was an easy purchase.

2 years coverage for ~$100 seems like a great offer for product support from Bestbuy

So glad I got the extra protection. I don’t get it for every purchase, but this is one product I couldn’t protect against surges because of space limitations behind the product. If you can spend a little extra money on the major appliances/products then the protection is worth it.

I had a previous 5 year warranty on my old TV. The picture went bad 1 month before the warranty expired. I was handled professionally all the way. New TV, installation and programming of my universal remote, everything for free. Great warranty.

I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!

The Geek Squad warranty is the bomb. It can cover up to 5 years, then replace it effortlessly if needed.

I bought a Sharp 70 inches 3 years ago. The screen pixels started to go bad. I called Bestbuy and explained my observations. They sent out a tech to check it a day later. In two days they offered to give me another TV or comparable credit because my Sharp was no longer in stock. Am glad I spent the extra money for the additional 5 years warranty.

I was a fool for not buying this service before so i made sure that I did so this time. Eventhough my TV is rated well in quality and lifespan you just never know

This is a smart purchase for the future. A previous purchased TV with the Geek Protection saved us big dollars. The TV was less than one year old and a system issue happened. The Geek Protection paid the original purchase price of the TV. YAY!

Have not used yet but wouldn’t buy the tv without purchasing

I love the geek squad. It has always been a great investment. Peace of mind knowing it’s there if your product fails. When I have had to use the protection plan it has always been a seamless process with geek squad agents. I will not make any major purchase without having geek squad protection.
