Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.

It was definitely worth the price and convenience. They arrived punctually and called when they were on the way. They installed the TV and mount quickly and neatly. Very polite and explained everything before leaving.

Have not had to use yet, because the TV is running very well.

Our tv power supply stopped working. Geek spuad was fast and Professional. The people who came to work on my tv had a good attitude and liked there job 10 out of 10

When you buy something, you never expect it to break. When you pay big buck, you really never expect it to break. I payed $2000 for a TV and got the 2 year extended warranty. 1 week before it expired, it broke. 1 day before it expired and 1 day after it was fixed, I extended it another year. It's the best money I ever spend for peace of mind.

Had to use this for the laptop we purchased. Good investment as the laptop itself was on the cheaper end and I was worried about reliability. Replaced the screen and speakers 20 months into the plan. Actually got an updated motherboard out of the repair as well.

Best buy warranty are cost effective and straight forward. When purchasing an OLED tv, the warranty cover screen burn, which I consider essential coverage for an OLED tv

Awesome protection plan. Worth spending the extra money if expecting to keep the tv long term.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase the protection or not. I started to think about the replacement cost if something were to break. I purchased it and I’m happy that I did.

My TV got burn in around 3 years in, and after 4 years, started flickering. I returned it to best buy and got a replacement TV with equivalent specifications and value.

Its pretty much mandatory to get a warranty on a controller, better to have the warranty and not need it than to need one and not have it.
