This is a general comment not specific to this particular purchase they were on a problem for me then went out of their way to try to help me so I really appreciated that just don’t lose what you have covered with the geek squad in your problems will be minimal

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!

The geek squad protection plan provides great peace of mind. New Tvs are more advanced and fixing them can be expensive. It is likely you could buy a new TV for the price to have it fixed. Geek squad protection plan covers everything but theft and physical damage.

I didn’t use this for installation of the tv, but they have to help me uninstall my tv now and they didn’t charge me because of the situation so I appreciate it!

The 5 year garanty was honored and i got a new tv at no cost only paid for the 5 year garanty

Geek squad has always been there for me with whatever technical problems I have whether with a tv, computer, or camera.

Other companies may have white glove service but I had Royal service. Extra protection price reasonable for 2yr.

This product is some great stuff although I don’t necessarily like to shop at Best Buy there are when you really want to get a good deal and you can’t finance anywhere else for the same price as far as washing machines/drawers go they are terrible

Had 2 service calls, second one was needed for a line of pixels that went out.... GS team was very helpful and efficient! well worth the value!

I wish i would have knew how this works but anyway i am glade i got the service cause i needed it a month after purchasing but could not use it untill a year later the manufacturing warrenty last a year an had to be used 1st
