Love Geek Squad! Makes returns easy. Trust buying from Best Buy due to Geek Squad extended warranty. Love 5 year for TVs.

I have not needed with my TV but in the distant past used the Geek Squad for a lap top.

Having your items protected is very important to have.

I've never had a problem with their protection plans. Amazing customer service, I'd recommend for tvs in particular since sometimes they come wonky from factory.

I’ve had The Geeks on everything I’ve bought from Best Buy. I have been so pleased with their ability to fix each of my computers when I’ve problems. I’ve recently had to get a new microwave and even that was a breeze. Thank you Geeks for being there.

They helped answer all questions an used them in past if product not fixed either replaced or a full refund on gift card

Geek Squad is very much worth it if you need help setting a device up or mounting a tv! Also are reliable when you want to make a claim for a device.

I have purchased this for the past 3 tv's I bought and have had to use them. These skinny flat screen tv's aren't made to be fixed.

I usually don't get the protection plan but I bought a $2,000 television so I thought I ought to have to get the 5-year so now I feel safer. Mmmm much safe. I would recommend the protection plan on purchases over $1,000.

We were smart this time and got the protection plan. We have gone through several TVs. We have kids and now I can relax knowing if another lego goes through my tv I’m not gonna stress out about it will be protected.

The agents were great! The know a lot about how to mount your tv with no problems.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

Geek Squad Protection is definitely worth it. In the case a dead pixel appears or the entire LED display goes out, they can replace or fix it pretty easily.

It brings much relief knowing if i have any problems with my tv the greek squad is there. So far i havent had to use it but by y he time these 2 years are up I'm planning tp extend my warranty...

Unfortunately I have had to use this on the last 3 TV's I purchased from Best buy but because I had the plan Replacement was simple even 4 years into it. They were neat and professional.

Great knowing if something were to go wrong I have this team as insurance to help me out. Worth the price for 5 years.
