Geek Squad 5 yr protection on my new TCL Smart TV that I purchased was a great price!! It gives me added security and peace of mind.

I still think this tv is a great buy. Picture quality is very nice. Has game mode. No glasses but they are cheap enough, I recommend the regular active 3d glasses. 3D works in all model with virtually no crosstalk. Don't recommend using 3d in competitive online game play due to input lag but is amazing for campaign or co-op.

I used my geek squad protection several times and have always been satisfied. If they can’t fix it they will replace it. When they send it out they keep you posted on the the repairs and the time frames. That is a plus for me!

The agents were absolutely great installing the Tv and wall mount. They were of the the utmost professional. They knew exactly what to do and I didn’t have a worry in the world. I’d highly recommend them again for future installs.

I love Geek Squad Service! So convenient and so hassle free. Just a phone call and my TV was repaired when needed or replaced when repairs didn't make sense. What not to love? Thank you, guys, for making our life easier.

I always get the extended warranty for all my TVs and appliances from Bestbuy. I don't like the extended service of the manufacturer's. Bestbuy is just less of a headache.

Really like this Sony speaker system. Get your best around volume 30 without blowing out the neighbors candles or rattling the windows. I always trust the Sony brand.

2 year service I usually do not purchase service but the cost for two years it well worth it. Not having to worry about anything happening to my Tv for 2 years.

Glad to know I have added security just in case! Hoping I don't need to use it but glad it is there. I had some appliances short out after a huge thunderstorm and didn't have coverage on any of those items. Better to be safe than sorry!

The computer I bought from Best Buy never gave me any problems. Despite the fact that I did not use policy, the geek squad answered some questions I had and were very helpful. I had a great peace of mind knowing that I had protection if needed.

I never purchase a television, or in that case, anything of worth without purchasing the Geek Squad Protection Plan. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that if anything were to happen to my television, Geek Squad has my back. They even offer free at-home diagnostics for televisions 55" or higher..

This isn't a large screen TV and I wouldn't buy it (or a larger size) for the main viewing area in my house but it works fine for the bedroom for nighttime viewing. It doesn't have as clear a display as my larger Sony but I'm OK with that. I did have to call Visio to get help adjusting the audio settings to work right with my cable provider but now that all settings are correct I no longer have sound issues. For the cost, it was a good purchase.

Tv replaced within 24 hours after a line showed up horizontally on the screen

This has saved us so much money. They mounted my 75" TV and there was no way I was doing that for $50. We also had an issue with a MAC at the house and they remoted in and took care of us. Great job and worth the money by far.

The only protection plan that covers Burn In!! Definitely worth it for peace of mind when purchasing an OLED TV!!

Not sure what item I bought this for but since my Samsung experience I won’t not buy a warranty on bigger investments. Quality of items anymore is junk and need protection with high costs and inflation make living unaffordable

I would recommend you always buy this added protection. Of course, during the Covid shut down, it was impossible to get service, but once I did, they came out, checked my TV and I ended up with a new TV. Totally worth the little bit of extra cost.
