The customer service was spot on as usual. I specifically wanted Geek Squad cause I believe they are cheaper then their new protection plan. That and they give awesome service.

Havnt had to use them yet so cant complain a good concept though

Well worth the money! I recommend always purchasing a protection plan when purchasing any item from Best buy! I have had good positive experiences when it comes to geek squad so far can't say anything bad about them..
