I'm so happy I got the service plan for my new tv. It is nice not to have to worry about bringing the tv in to a Best Buy location if anything were to go wrong with it. It takes my worry away. I haven't had to use it yet and am crossing my fingers I won't need to. I consider it insurance.

I don’t usually like to buy extended warranties for appliances or electronics, but I make an exception when it comes to TVs purchased from Best Buy. I would so much rather work with the Geek Squad than directly with the manufacturer. It’s worth it for peace of mind.

Unfortunately I had no need to use the geek squad during the 2 year warranty, however I'm sure if I had they would've been great.

Definitely worth the extra cost for peace of mind. Our other TV died a month after the warranty expired and we didn't get an extended warranty on it, so we learned our lesson.

It's help to know where i can get my flat screen tv fix in the future

I obtained the 5 year warranty because we were purchasing a brand of tv that we have never owned before. I hope we will not have to use it, but we feel that if we do Bestbuy will make things right.

I have not had to use them for this item but they have been great in the past with my computer

I have not purchased the protection in the past and regret not doing it. I purchased it this time because I had got it for another product and I liked how they applied it and gave me a new product as they were not able to fix it.

Had to add the protection plan on my TV. There was no question or doubt about it

Set up was easy. Sound is great. Picture is really nice. Upgraded from 55' to 65' and my games lol fabulous on it.

Worth the money most of the time. I have used my policies 4 different times and only one time it didn't cover the repair. I would recommend the protection on most expensive items.

The TV has great screen color. It looks so awesome in my living room. Great quality great price

Always get a geek squad warranty on my electronics, minus the TV, I don’t believe it’s worth it, but as far as controllers goes, all day.

These warranties have suited many times. I usually don't buy them outside of Best Buy because I know they are a rip off. Best Buy honors their warranties.

I have not needed to use it yet but it sure is nice to know I'm covered if anything happens to my new purchase.

Definitely a no brainer. Electronics break all the time. Protecting your stuff is a smart move

The Geek Squad is amazing and super kind! They have tons of information and are happy to help.

It's painful to pay so much for a warranty. But it's necessary to sleep better at night. If something goes wrong with my TV I'd much rather call best buy and say fix my TV then find some local moron to make things worse.

They replace the fridge without an issue but I lost food twice and sent li the form twice never was reimbursed. Talked to different mangers they even said they woukd send it and still never was reimbursed. So as far as that it fake and they wont reimbursed fir the food. All my lobster, dhrimp and steak never replaced 2 times. So dont wate your time filling ut iut becwuse that part is like scam.

I love have protection on my products I always end up using it bc I’m just a silly little girl. 10/10 recommend
