65 inch tv that had a problem and it was replaced and delivered . No questions asked excellent service

I bought this extra, I think it’s better to buy this extra protection program it’s for peace of mind

I like the size and roku built in for the low price i paid. The picture is very sharp but the downside is my speaker was not compatible.

I'm so old I remember when a TV repair man would come to the house to replace vital tubes in the set (in the 50s and 60s). But in this day and age one should really buy this protection, like it or not. I have had great service through Best Buy when I have used this service.

It is very nice that Best Buy gives the opportunity to get a 2 yr or 5 yr warranty

Haven't had to use the extended warranty yet everything works properly with the TV pictures good quality sound is very good quality easy to use and figure out no complaints yet if I do I will come back and let you know I do recommend this TV and buying the warranty just for extra piece of mind

Easy to figure out how to work and downloaded all the apps I like so far. Enjoying all my free shows still. Haven't had to call them yet but good to have thr protection just in case.

It was really easy to install. They emailed me the warranty.

I've asked for Geek Squad help with computer issues, TV and component set up, TV operating issues and complete kitchen appliance replacements. They have also assisted us knowledgably, professionally and politely.

This was a must have with my purchase because I brought a T.V (insignia brand)from Target and it lost brightness , I didn't purchase insurance but I did have proof of Purchase and they couldn't do anything for me and I had the Television for about 4years.I was so hurt because the T.V looks brand new.I learned my lesson so I made sure with this purchase I had insurance added.

Geek Squad warranty is very good. I had one on my last TV and this is a replacement under that warranty. Absolutely no difficulty with company after they verified the TV could not be repaired.

Save yourself a lot of money and frustration ; you cant go wrong with a Geek Squad protection plan , especially with those high dollar purchases : )

Although we probably didn’t need this, we went ahead and purchase it so in the long run we have the support and back up if we had any issues

I have had this coverage on all my tv's and the few times I had to use it the service was excellent.

With this price and size of TV, From my personal experience would only by the 5 year plan. My last large size TV, albeit a different brand, went bad I literally the week after the 3 year extra warranty expired.

You must always have protection. I have used the geek squad protection plans on past devices and I’m glad I did because I needed something fixed and replaced.

Geek Squad Protection was reasonably priced and now I can really enjoy my TV knowing it is protected for 5 years.

I've had Geed Squad help for several years, but now am a Total Tech Support Subscriber. It is well worth the money, as we have A LOT of Best Buy devices in our home :). The Geek Squad technicians are always helpful!

Totally worth getting the Geek Squad guarantee. Anything that happens to it the Geek Squad is there.

Our TV died within 2 years. They told us it couldn't be fixed but because we had purchased this plan, they replaced our TV. They gave us a full purchase price refund which we put toward a newer model. The plan actually does what it says and BestBuy stands behind it.
