I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

Have only had my TV for about a month, but haven't had any problems. Always nice to have protection if needed, especially at a good price. Anytime I've dealt with Geek Squad they've always been prompt andvery helpful. Completely satisfied and will update if any problems occur.
