I have always heard good things about the geek squad. So when I purchased a tv. I made sure to include them with my order.. havent had to use them(thank god) however its peace of mind know i can if need be!

Best Buy's customer service team is exceptional. They treated us like royalty when we returned to non-working laptops for refunds and again when our online purchase was messed up. They resolved all of our issues immediately and fairly. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Geek Squad agents are truly experts in computer diagnosis and repair. We have had several computers repaired by them over the last several years, and they always diagnose and fix the computer correctly the first time! We have recommended them to many friends!

My tv broke down and I went to bestbuy to buy another tv, but then they checked my account and found that I had the geek squad guarantee active and they replaced my tv for free, that was great, thanks geek squad.

Any protection plan is only going to be valuable based on how well you take care of your product. And if something internal goes wrong, the protection plan is your safety net to get is fixed or replaced at no extra cost.
