Haven't had to use the Geek Squad yet. It gives me comfort to know if I need them, the will be available. I've worked with the Geek Squad on other items that I purchased in the past, they were great.

I've always purchased Geek Squad product protection because you never know what's going to happen and with my luck what can go wrong does byt I don't have to worry when i have the Geek Squad on my side.

I haven't had to use this yet, but Geek Squad has always been a great service to us in the past. This is why I decided to buy the protection for our TV.

Thank you to Best Buy for offering protection plans for my more expensive electronics. I hope I never need to use it, and I have had to only in rare cases, but it’s nice to be able to pay for some peace of mind.

I got the 5 year protection plan for my new Samsung smart tv. You never know what can go wrong these days with new technology, so just in case to be safe i got the five year protection plan. The price depends on the model of of tv. Mine was kind of expensive.

It's just i smart buy! If something goes wrong they have to fix it! Don't want your tv to crap out the day after you buy it and your stuck with a broken tv!

Protection plan is always great especially through Greek squad. Covers everything

My TV was having black spots and Best Buy was super quick to take care of my issue and replace my TV

Always good to have insurance just in case anything happens

I'm hoping I don't have to use this GSP but if I do it's in place. I had a protection plan before for a Samsung Plasma and it came in handy.

Worth purchasing as you never know when their assistant will be needed. I've called them once so far and am glad I made the purchase.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

So many times, the geek squad protection has saved us from having to replace products that broke out of our control so many times! It is for sure worth the money.

Good to have insurance, specifically if you have l kids

I personally believe it's always a good idea to purchase Geek Squad Protection. Initially if u only have money for the product you can still purchase the warranty I believe up to two weeks after purchase.

This set is beyond great and is above the 4Kset it replaced.

I would never be without the Geek Squad service plan. It is the best think for electronics and appliances.
