This is a service that I have always subscribed to when purchasing a high value item at Best Buy. However I have only used this protection plan on my first TV I purchased at Best Buy. At that time it was of great value to me to have subscribed since I received all the attention and service required until I was satisfied with my product.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS SERVICE SHOULD BE RATED. I BOUGHT A CHEAP TV THAT MAY NEED TO BE SERVICED IN THE FUTURE. HAD THE TV FOR THREE WEEKS SO FAR SO GOOD NO NEED FOR THE SERVICE

We purchased this protection for the new 58" Samsung TV we just purchased at Best Buys. As a member of "Total Tech" they deduct 20% off the price so that helped.

I have not had to use my protection plan as of yet. I haven’t needed to with any product I’ve bought from Best Buy. I’ve heard great reviews about the replacement plan though.

Bought the five year protection plan for a TV we purchased recently. I love the peace of mind that comes with being able to replace or repaid the TV in the event it stops working. Geek Squad has been very helpful and friendly so far.
