I read the reviews for all the tvs I was contemplating to buy. This protection plan was heavily recommended. Didn't need to use it yet. Hope i don't have to use it..

This is my first Best Buy protection plan. I got this cause I take the tv set into the store for service, The plans that I've gotten before the tv set had to be mailed in for service.

I just bought a new laptop in September, a Dell, and loved it. Then it stopped working in December. I took it to Geek Squad and turned it in for repairs. Got it back within the promised time frame and it's working great again.

On larger purchases, almost always purchase the extended warranty. Geek Squad and Best Buy are great to work with, as long as it's all under warranty.

it's better than 2021 i had. old one i had gone blackout even i heard sound from it.

Comfort of knowing that I have experts around when I need them for all my Tv needs.

I have not had to use the service as of this moment. However, I am happy to know I. do not have to worry if I ever do need service.

We thought that if you were purchasing something at Best Buy that was relatively inexpensive there was no need for the extended warranty. Bundle your purchases and take advantage of their great warranty offers.

Purchased the Geek squad plan and will now be able to take in my other laptops to be diagnosed if need be ;currently have a system that was sent out and I will get a percentage off of the cost can’t beat it!

Well getting a insurance plan always help out in the long run it covers your cost of buying it again.

Their support has been great so far. I have needed their help several times. I am technology challenged so their help is very important. So Glad I purchased their support.

I would get the Geek Squad protection on any high dollar appliance I purchased. It is well worth it and I recommend it to anyone who purchases high dollar items.

Bestbuy warranties can be a little expensive but the peace of mind that they give and their quality of service makes them an excellent value
