I am pleased with all my purchases to date and the installation. however i was Not able to complete my kitchen purchases due to out of stock item's. Those that i did purchase took 3 months. Meanwhile my Total tech time has already started. This is disappointing. Especially when one item was not even installed because if damage at the factory and no one has contacted me with an update on when they will get one to schedule install. I called Total tech with no answers. Frustrating....

Have not yet used it because my TV works great, but I’m glad I purchased extra guarantee in case it malfunctions

It messed up and I had no problem getting another brand

The Geek Squad mounted my tv to the wall hanger and connected up all my devices to the TV. Everything worked great

I like the fact that I have this at mind for assistance when it is needed whenever or if ever something were to go wrong.

I haven't needed the protection on my television this was bought for and hopefully I don't need it but should I need it, it will replace the television as it is intended to do.

I didn't have the Geek Squad to come out for this product but I have used them before and I was very pleased with the service.

The agents that came to my home mounted my TV so quickly I was very surprised. They were very respectful and did an amazing job!

NEVER go home without one. Saved thousands over the years getting things replaced due to these warrenties.

Have not had to call them yet but have heard great things that they do go above and beyond to help so that's reassuring.
