Even though I have not had to use my Geek squad protection yet, I am very happy to have it "in case"! Any kind of repair/replacement would be a difficult extra expense right now, so it is nice to have this "safety net" to fall back on!

Always get the Geek Squad protection and well worth it. They do a wonderful job with any questions. Never needed to use them with the Samsung which is just fine with me.
