Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

Great service. Had an extended warranty for my tv and had to use it. The process was easy to take care of the problem. They replaced my old tv and installed the new one . They took away the old tv, cleaned up after installing the new tv and were very professional . I would strongly recommend purchasing an extended warranty. I was very happy with the process and the prompt service.

I got this plan and I have yet to use it and hopefully I don't need to since I bought a expensive tv but I know that if I do need it I wouldn't have to sweat with a replacement.

Excellent protection plan. I usually don't purchase extra protection plans. Since this purchase was an open box, I was mainly concerned with the remote having many sctatches on the solar charging panel of the remote. A new remote cost more than the protection plan. I am very pleased with Geek Squad coverage.

We bought this plan again with our TV. It saved us about $800

This comes in handy when you buy a TV. I was watching it one moment the next it stopped working. BB exchanged my TV broght it out to me and took the old one off my hands

I basically bought this TV since I was scared if something happens the TV over all I wouldn’t have to buy one all over again.. but yes this is deff worth it!

Great protection, but read the fine print, there is alot of ways they can get out of covering your items
