Haven't had problems with the TV but have used the geek Squad before and it was easy and fast.

HAVE USED THE GEEKS FOR OTHER TECH IN THE PAST;.just GETS BETTER AND THE INSTALLER/ INSTRUCTOR COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER AND MORE HELPFUL.

Anytime you buy a product That is a few hundred dollars in value, I recommend insurance.

I literally make all of my purchases with Best Buy first and foremost for their protection. That and their price match guarantee.

Thankfully have not use the geek squad yet but it’s great to have them around when in need.

I have it on all my items I buy from Best Buy and service through my computers would not buy anything without the protection it's awesome

It is a great ideal to not have to worry about the extra cost if something was to happen, I got the 5 year one for peace of mind.

My tv had a small defect after 2 years. They swapped it out for a newer model. I’m definitely buying it for all my devices.
