MY TV broke 4 months after my original warranty ran out. I called them and they came out to fix it, they had to order a new board. They came back 2 more times, and they couldn't fix it, so they gave me another brand new TV. tv

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased a new TV didn’t want the headache I recall the difficulty we had putting the other TV above the fireplace so I opted in for the geek squad protection and installation so very handy it was nice as they took the TV off the wall and put the new one up And set it up it was great well worth what I paid for it no it’s covered so on those dog toys go flying TV is covered

All I have to do is call the Best Buy store if I need assistance with my TV. The TV stays at home, and I am glad about that since it is mounted on a wall. The technicians come my home if I ever need assistance. I feel really comfortable and happy that I bought a 5 year warranty.
