The agents brought the TV upstairs with no complaints

I have had TV's have an issue after mfg. warranties end. So, by purchasing the extended warranty thru Geek Squad on a few occasions have save myself from buying an entire new tv. In fact, one-time parts were unavailable, and they gave me a card to buy a new tv.

Television has an awesome picture and the functionality of the Roku platform is seamless. The image is crystal clear and the sound works great.

They are awesome ! Took my iPhone in there and they fixed it. I was having trouble with reception in my house. !! They put it on wifi calling.

Provides peace of mind for our LG TV and other purchases! At first I debated the value but remembered other TVs going out after 3-4 years and went with this!

Protection was good and never had any trouble with the Geek Squad. Products purchased have work so well I did not heed the extra service.

Hopefully it pays off. Sometimes it's a gamble and your stuff actually lasts as long as appliances and TV's use to last.

I Purchase Protection on every best buy item I buy, but not just any protection........ Geek Sqaud protection! They replace with equal value of a product if your not satisfied. I wish I could sell this service for BBY... It is so inexpensive (based on the cost of the product) and depending on what it is you buy there really is not anything it does not cover - PLEASE, I beg you to read the fine print though, certain items have different coverages like any other "insurance" - this is just the easiest EVER!

i got a problem before with a tv, the send a technician, and they give me a gift card for the amount i paid, because the tv was not fixable, so next time i got the service again, so i dont loose my money

Bought a tv with the extended warranty. A yeast later, the TV had an issue ans instaad of fixed, we opted for the gift card and we upgraded.

I had the protection on my old TV. They couldn't fix it so they gave me a new one. ( NO HEADACHE OR EXCUSES) They stand behind their warranty. I would recommend everyone take out The Standard Geek Squad protection. It saved my pocketbook about 600 dollars.
