I have utilized geek squad in the past for a computer I had and they gave some issues last time, hopefully I will have a better experience if I ever have to deal with them again.

Picture quality is decent. Speakers blew after a couple weeks

Haven't had a need to use it yet, but hope when that time (if needed) that I will get the support NEEDED.

Got this extra feature just in case something goes wrong. Always good to have backup

When purchased told 24/7 service if anything goes wrong just bring it back & get replacement. When tv went out I spent several HOURS on calls waiting over a month to finally get results. With NO tv!

I guess it's worth it. They have never helped me with anything

It covered the 2nd tv as well but bestbuy didn’t even tried to fix it. Directly sent a store credit. It is just covered the part and they said new tv requires new service.

Unfortunately my protection expired 2 months prior to my tv breaking :/. Wasnt sure if there was an email sent out to maybe renew if possible but i guess it was there for comfort while it lasted.

Do not buy the geek squad warranty it’s pointless, my tv had a line showing on the tv and I had set an appointment for repair and they never showed up , I got another appointment a week later and my tv got in worser condition to where it didint show picture I had the tv for 2 month , when they finally came they said it was physical damage and they couldn’t due anything , even after I told them I had videos I took everyday since the problem started , if they would’ve came the first time this wouldn’t of been a problem do not buy this warranty it’s all a scam

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad, so I cannot give a view on how well or how bad they are. Two stars ONLY because I had to choose one. I do however, recommend their services as they should be qualified to work on what they sell.

Horrible experience! It’s promoted that GeekSquad, Service televisions and it is FALSE! Very disappointed consumer who believed in Bestbuy and Geeksquad. I will definitely question and ask for proof of service prior to adding GeekSquad ever again! My granddaughter went without a television for 7.5 months, because of outsourced service of televisions. I would advise “BUYER BEWARE”! Do your due diligence, prior to adding GeekSquad.

Tvs work amazing however the customer service sucks

It is now just about a year and my screen goes black periodically. I have to restart apps, remove apps, turn off the tv.
