Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

I add the GSP or GSPR plans to just about every item I buy that offers them. At worst it is like a cheap insurance plan for my new item that I don't wind up using because the item held up great. At best they are there should something go wrong and I don't have to pay the full cost of a repair or replacement out of pocket.

I honestly never needed to use the service, so hats off to best buy for having quality items that outlast their warranty!!

It’s best to have protection on the things you buy because you never know what can happen to the things that cost a lot! I love this protection very much and it has helped me a lot aswell

I haven't had to use this yet, thankfully. Bought this coverage with a brand new LG OLED TV. Seemed like a practical buy given the price of the tv.

They were efficient, professional, and shared their knowledge of all the products. They were patient with us explaining different phases of the TV and the remote. Thomas was Especially very helpful. When i bought the C1 LG OKED tv i knew that ill need a protection plan cover for avoid any future inconvenience. So i bought it. Im not have any problem with the tv buy one never knows. Is a great option and very necessary.

Once again always get it. if you can afford something from best buy then dont cheap out on protection for those products. VERY IMPORTANT

Well, i can't say this enough about Geek Squad, they are excellent! If you're on the fence about including their services, don't be! Its worth every penny. I've never had a bad experience with thembor have anything negative to say. They will always take care of you.

I always purchase the protection plan. The Geek Squad has come to my rescue a couple of times over the years. Especially having a young one at home with his electronics. No telling when a spill or fall may happen, LOL. A necessary purchase. Thank you Geek Squad

The protection plans are great and the geeks are the best. The other Best Buy customer service personnel (telephone) are horrible, it is bad enough that if Best Buy does not fix that aspect of their customer service it will start to (if it already hasn't) turn customers away. I have already sold all my BB stock due to I am not sure that they care enough to fix what is broken.
