I hated my vizio tv but I was on a small budget so I took a chance with this Insignia Tv I love it better than my vizio. I waited a year to see how it works and it is great , picture is great sound is great I can't complain it better then my Vizio tv. A nice buy for me I going to get a 55 inch later this year.

Bought this for extra protection on a tv. haven't used it yet but good to have.

What more do you expect? It's a plan there in case you break it.

In my opinion not all items need a protection plan, but for a tv in my house, needed! Tv's are so light weight and the screens are more sensitive to a cats flying attack of images on screen, the "opps I missed " thrown balls or the backswing in sword play, and of course the accidental discharge of an airsoft gun's bb's. Then for the normal household ,things like surge protection, pixel loss, speaker crackling and now days the "Smart" portions of the tv. So I say yes to tv protection plans.

Even though I have the Total Tech protection for my home and all of my equipment, I still purchase the extended warranty protection for whatever life may throw at you. I have had to use it a couple of times and that more than paid the cost of obtaining it. when you spend hundreds of dollars on an item you use daily, give yourself the peace of mind of protecting it as well.

Service was outstanding. Got a Rep on the phone 1st thing on a Sunday morning. Was off the phone within 10 mins and had a replacement product on its way & scheduled before we hung up. Bravo Best Buy!

Delivery came on time and they brought it up to my apartment on a third floor walkup. It was one of the hottest days this summer and I really appreciated the service. Communication was very good with updates on delivery status as well. TV is light and thin. Unboxing and getting it out of the box was very simple. You'll see what I mean :)

Had purchased a sumsung tv from another retailer strike 1, tv had a problem so contacted their their warranty department with no resolve Strike 2, was treated very poorly Strike 3 !!! Have learned my lesson now and will only purchase my quality items from Best Buy and their warranty group…

5-year protection plan was a must when purchasing such an investment and the price really works out well when you consider the full coverage you receive during these 5 years of usage. I know from the past it paid off when a former HDTV got glitchy at the end and it was replaced. That's what this is all about - "protection" on your hard earned dollars spent.

Excellent service Hagerstown store people were great

Definitely a plus to buy a protection package in my opinion. Geek squad seems to be making their protection packages more affordable which is a plus. The warranty covers a remote control replacement too and that could be beneficial with small Children’s and dogs. However trying to get help when needing to use the warranty can be troublesome and time consuming.

I’ll never not use this service after having an issue with the TV. Take it back no questions asked

Definitely worth investing in. I had an issue with a previous model of my Oled and I was able to exchange and grab a larger screen for a very low cost!

Geek Squad Protection was well worth the money! It comes with little extras that you just don't think about. They not only installed my TV(believe me, the owner's manual left out a lot of steps), but they hauled away my old TV (there is normally a fee for this). The agents were knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain all of the features of my new TV.

The Geek squad was great from start to finish. Processed my warranty tv replacement and reinstalled when promised. No complaints, loved the convenience. Thank you.
