Service plan comes in handy so I always buy to protect my product

I have purchased service warrantees in the past with the hopes of not needing to submit a claim but have confidence in having the coverage due to positive past experience.

Had a Sony XBR 65” tv that was starting to act crazy! Geek Squad came out updated and replaced a part in the tv. It worked well for about another 9 month until the picture started to have lines through it or would restart on its own. Geek Squad replaced this unit, very happy that the customer service received.

hope not to have to use it. Ask me again in 4-1/2 years!

GEEK SQUAD it always a great servicevto have for purchases.

My experience with the home theater personnel was absolutely excellent.

We're so happy we purchased Geek Squad coverage. They were easy to schedule, prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable and efficient. We are so inept in anything electronic, but they explained how to use the new TV and music setup in terms we can understand.

You never know what could go wrong or when. I invested a substantial amount on my television and certainly hope it lasts as long as my last one which is 16 years old and still works fine. I just wanted some new features. It will likely be a while before I want to upgrade again so if this one fails for any reason, the added protection will help prevent unnecessary costs.

So far have not had to use them but bought this with other high end purchases will surely ease your mind on things especially if you are buying items worth up to and past $200.

Great protection plan for the price! I would recommend!

I was interested in this product because of the price and the brand. I haven't had any problems for more than 6 years and it was a Christmas gift for father in-laws.

The Geed Squad service was outstanding! The representatives communicated frequently to let me know the status of their arrival, and were professional during the service call.

Unless you want to lose money instead of getting the item repaired/replaced with store credit, I always recommend family and friends to get GSP. it's worth the extra bucks in the event of any issues the item you have develops.

It's Geek Squad support. What can I really say other than they will help you. I got this as a way of extending the warranty on my new TV. Really this is a peace of mind service. Just payit once and then you're guaranteed 5 years of service on your purchase. It's just one less thing to worry about.

I have been getting the Geek Squad protection on my Best Buy purchases for years. It's definitely worth it as they will either fix the problem or replace the item with the newest model if the model isn't available any longer. I love having the piece of mind knowing that if something happens, I don't have to spend a ton of money to replace it. Geek Squad is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Definitely worth the money for larger purchases.
