Was an emergency purchase as my previous tv stopped working at about 7pm. Was able to get to Best Buy about 45 min before closing. Very happy with our new purchase.

The Geek squad has done a great job to make sure I have a TV that work properly.

I always buy the protection when spending nearly 2000 on a tv. Bought the KS9500 and within the first 6 months, the screen displayed a line of dead pixels! Glad I had the protection.

We would never buy a TV without a protection plan. On a previous TV we bought years ago, it came in handy. It wasn't able to be fixed and the plan let us replace it with a new TV. All we had to pay was the difference between the two TVs and a new protection plan. Was well worth the extra money for us for that situation

I had taken Greek Squad protection plan for my 43inch samsung tv. Everything went smooth and easy with protection plan when i hd issues with my TV and exchanged with new tv which is working great so far

I chose to get geek squad protection for 2 years for 43.99 literally covers anything will replace brand new instead of the best buy protection because that one was only for 1 year at 199.00 for a membership yeah ok nice try

Love the geek squad. The 2 gentlemen sent up all my electronics in a timely manner and moved everything for us. They were both congenital and informative. They also answered all my questions. It was so much easier to have all my new electronics set up because there was so many wires. I highly recommend geek squad.

Got this on sale. Great picture and decent sound. TV OS is a bit laggy but not unbearble. Great for watching Netflix, was super easy to sign into all my streaming apps!

One of the HDMI ports on our TV broke because we had the protection plan we were able to upgrade our tv minus what we paid for the original TV. BRILLIANT!
