It’s all just a big gamble isn’t it. Unless you have had first hand experience with other LG televisions. My LG television just died a little before its 5th anniversary. Maybe the television was on way more than normal during the 2 years of Covid. Anyway, decided it might be wise to have the Geek Squad on my side for this purchase.

Excellent help but sometimes there is a long waiting period for service to be completed.

I have purchased this for four 55" TV's in the last eight years. And have used it twice. If they can't fix it. They will let you pick a replacement of equal or greater value on any brand. Of course, you pay the difference on any upgrade.

We got this sound bar because our tv sound was not enough. We got the 5.0 to amplify the sound. Was presently surprised when we discovered that this sound bar was full range with amazing bass.

I bought this TV December 31st, 2014. Still works fine. You get what you pay for and I think I got a good deal. You have to fiddle with the settings at first but once you find a configuration you like you're set. It comes with its own presets but I don't care for them. Not mind blowing but its a good picture. I watch 1080 movies and play Xbox 360 (720) and have no complaints. 5 stars if I could access Netflix through the TV. If you're on a budget like me you're getting your monies worth and then some.

Worth for peace of mind. You never know when a cat with knock down your new item.

The process takes a lil time but in the end, worth it. Just know, any tv over 50 inches requires a mandatory house visit first before they will replace it. If it's still under the factory warranty.

The picture quality is out of this world. Its colorful and crisp

I hesitate to purchase any insurance or services since I never use them. I have used this. I purchased two computers and they came to my house and transferred all my programs/documents and set up the screen the way I wanted. Since then I have called for help with an app and was helped over the phone.

Geeksquad is worth it when you buy often from best buy

The agents were very professional , they were also very informative with any questions I had for them throughout the set up . The agents were also fast paced with the set up so that’s always a ten . Last but not least the insurance policy coverage is outstanding for a reasonable price
