The squad delivered my new tv and removed my old tv. They adjusted all the settings and most importantly showed me how to make adjustments.

My lg tv broke after 3 years, luckily I had geek squad, they could not fix tv so gave me gift card for what I originally paid and used it on new and better tv….I always get geek squad, no brainer

I've already taken advantage of it a few times - twice with the tech using an app to remotely take control of my laptop and troubleshoot and improve my computer speed and ensure that I had no viruses or malware. It's good for 24 months for the price of 1 year and they will come to your house if necessary.

Its a basic protector but money well spent. Make sure you update your surge protection! We had an old protector that shorted out TWO tvs. We didnt know the first tv went out because of the old unit but we learned the hard way.

These People are well trained. Dustin and was very thorough in explaining on to operate TV with new control. Would not leave until we were completely satisfied; it was his top priority that all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Our previous tv (Vizio) used to jump and had a "squiggly" picture when the scenes changed in a show. It was about 1/2 the tv picture when it did this. Geek Squad came out and looked at the tv, replaced wires, replaced the mother board to no avail. They did everything they could, but the tv couldn't be fixed. Made it easier to return it for a new model. Very professional and worth the warranty price.

I like that this is available because anything happens to the item and right away they are available to fix it

While I technically hope I never have to use it, peace of mind is better than none at all! Made sure to get GSP on my Sony X90J in case anything happens after Manufacturer Warranty expires & I'm glad I did. Sometimes it may seem cost prohibitive, but better to be safe than sorry!

Well, I've never really had to use geek squad and that means the quality of the products purchased are a success.
