Cant take the chance just go with the Squad iv always had issues in the past with returns and geek squad takes care of everything no hassle

Hopefully I won’t have to use this it’s like buying insurance

Always hard to want to spend the extra on a warranty you may not use. For us though it saved us from having to spend alot to replace our tv when it burned out but still under warranty

Worst tv setup ever. I had a dog chew up original remote for a 70inch tv. Had to buy replacement. So I was having issues with tv running Netflix and other streaming devices. So I did a factory reset on the tv. Didnt know you couldnt program a with a replacement. Must have the original. So now I have a 70 inch brick. Al because their is no way to get past programming remote without oringinal.

This service really puts me at ease when buying a brand I'm not familiar with. When looking for a new TV, I read good reviews and the price was awesome but the manufacture was new to me. I felt comfortable enough to buy it because I had this service backing it up for the new few years.

Great protection plan, love the geek squad. Bought the 5 year warranty for the new tv that was replaced by them when I had 2 year plan on old tv that died just before the 2 years. Highly recommend hassle free fast service.

I had Geek Squad protection years ago when I bought a few things from Best Buy so when I went to purchase some things recently I updated Buy Geek protection selection very happy with it I actually had to use it at least once or twice in the past when I had some problems with products that I bought from Best Buy and have a Geek Squad protection definitely save me a lot of money

TVs are great i e had for 2 yrs (knocking on wood as i say this) i have had no problems with them at all. Awesome picture quality and great volume. Easy to set up to internet and even easier to set up chrome cast for family movie night.

We purchased a Microwave for our granddaughter going to college. It was reasonably priced and she was happy that shew had coverage during her next 4 years at college.

Geek Squad warranty is great and come in handy just in case one of your items break down….

For expensive items, such as TVs, computers, appliances, and electronics the extra cost for the protection is a must. The Best Buy warranty and service has been awesome in my personal experience. They either fix or replace your items plus help with product questions.

Geek squad protection is a must. So worth the money. I get it on almost everything I buy from bestbuy. Expensive tv and xbox remote broke.80 bucks was alot cheaper than having to buy new one.

I bought a protection plan for a previous TV. When it started acting up, I called, they came, they replaced. It was awesome. No problems, no runaround. Got a credit for full purchase price as they were unable to fix and I got a new TV and another protection plan.

Worth having it, and you can get a pro-rated refund if you don’t need it anymore.

When I purchased a TV through Best buy I was given a geek squad protection discount of $100 so I took advantage of it and have been using it the whole time. I've had surveillance cameras put up, home speakers installed and ethernet cable ran with this service this is an awesome deal.

TV has worked great. We set it up quickly on arrival day and have been using it with no problems since. We use it as a bedroom TV and volume is VERY loud only at 5-15 (there are little times we go over 15). Very satisfied with the TV, would definitely recommend it.
