Geek Squad protection plans are very good. The main reason that I go to Best Buy and purchase products is that they have one of the best protections plans. we even purchase our cell phones at best buy, because their protection plans are better than our cell phone provider offers. another huge plus, is that you can reach and actually talk to a Customer Service Rep. who are very pleasant and professional.

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

Always hard to want to spend the extra on a warranty you may not use. For us though it saved us from having to spend alot to replace our tv when it burned out but still under warranty

Love the tv. Great picture. Not a fan of off the voice commands but other than that’s it’s great.

Fantastic tv with beautiful picture quality. Yes, there are better quality screens on the market but they carry price tags at least 5x what this was. Great upgrade for me, expect it to last me the next several years

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

Nice to know i have a warranty for 2 years. Last tv i had lasted a little over a year from a box store.

$25 for a 5 year warranty on a tv on sale for $150. I hope I won't need them but couldn't pass it up.

We picked up our tv. We always buy service. On our tv. The men always come out and work on our tv when we call. If it can't be. Fix they replace it. They are very professional when they come out. I would tell everyone to buy service on there products. I buy it on all my large merchandise.service

Protecting my investment on 4K TVs is a must, and purchasing the Geek Squad's 5-year warranty on each TV is a no-brainer. I did this in the past and it totally paid off when my much older set had issues before the protection plan was over. They replaced my entire set with a brand new one years ago. It pays off in the long run, trust me!

I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

Got to have protection on all of your products that you buy it's the best thing ever that Best Buy can offer
