When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case

An agent brought our new TV to our hone and set it up. He was fast, thorough. Before we bought this TV, we needed a Tech to come to our home to check out the TV. A problem was identified and repairs made, all on our schedule. They came when we needed them. So grateful for this service.

My Samsung 65 Q80T screen failed in less than 6 months. I called Geek Squad and when the replacement part was unavailable then gave me full credit towards purchase and installation of a replacement TV. The replacement make my purchase of Geek Squad protection well worth the purchase cost.

I liked the TV in the beginning loved I had all the apps that my kids could use to watch shows but not the Volume no longer works, and I am hoping it is just a minor issue and the sound will come on.

I purchased protection on my last TV, which stopped working out of nowhere. A Geek Squad member tried some trouble shooting techniques & ordered a spare part. Upon his second visit, the part didn't fix the issue. He ordered the upgraded version. I didn't have to pay anything for the TV nor his service.

I always get the protection plan a d the times I had to use it, no questions asked. My item was either repaired or replaced in a reasonable time frame.

Highly recommended you never know when you may need tos service and to have the piece of mind is worth it to us

I added the 5- year service warranty to my Samsung purchase just to be sure! But I’m thinking I might not have needed it with this product as everyone I speak with that owns products from Samsung are happy even years later! But I trust Best Buy and their guaranteed service! Great investment!

You hope you never have to use this protection because that means that something went wrong with your purchase. But if something dies go wrong it’s worth the price. The only downside it’s it’s dependent on availability. Meaning mu phone cracked and needed to be replaced. They were quick to write up giving me another one but they didn’t have it in stock. So, I had to go to another store to find it. Besides that it’s amazing.

Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.

Repair was good but contacting a person on the phone to make an appointment (or anything else) is extremely frustrating !

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

Geek Squad 5 year standard protection. lets me know that if something happens to my TV in the first 5 years. Including damage from lighting. I am covered. There Tech support and technicians are some of the best I ever come across. I would recommend a Geek Squad extended warranty to anyone who shops at Bets Buy.

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.
