Best product to buy really loved it . Total value for money

The warranty is well worth it they honored my last extended warranty as promised. You never know when you will need it.

I would definitely get this just in case if you need them.

I decided to buy extra protection for my tv and chose the 2 year warranty. I figured buying a floor model it was worth it for the extra protection and I wasn’t wrong. I was having issues with the smart tv connecting to WiFi and simply scheduled an appointment and dropped it off for repair. The turn around was great and the best thing is that there was no cost to me.

Love Geek Squad and their protection plans. I always get one and even if I don't have a protection plan they try to assist me as much as they can. Thank you!!

Just for the overall piece of mind I would implore people to buy the extended warranty on ALL major electronics purchases! You have such a great knowable staff with the Geek Squad just waiting to help you in all aspects of your life with such product! It has been a lifesaver to this family of mine in the past which is why we always buy the coverage!

Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

Geek Squad service and installation is the very best! They are committed and dedicated to providing quality installation and service. The personnel are very professional, arrived on time and even called when they were on their way. I can’t recommend Geek Squad highly enough!!!

It’s all just a big gamble isn’t it. Unless you have had first hand experience with other LG televisions. My LG television just died a little before its 5th anniversary. Maybe the television was on way more than normal during the 2 years of Covid. Anyway, decided it might be wise to have the Geek Squad on my side for this purchase.

Our TV died and fortunately we had the Geek Squad warranty. When they came they were very courteous and professional. Knew exactly what the problem was and explained everything in terms we could understand. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix it but we got our money back and we’re able to buy a new one right away.

It has been too soon for me to tell anyting about the warranty but I heard that it was awesome and protect everything and it's worth having so I would have eyes purchase it because you never know what can happen to your merchandise so purchase it and let them help you enjoy your merchandise to the fullest

I recommend extended warranties on most high-end televisions. The cost of replacement panels are well worth the warranty price. If they don't make the parts anymore Best Buy will give you the replacement value in a equally featured television. The extended warranty has paid off for me in the past.

Purchased this 5 year plan for my OLED Tv. Best buy is the only retailer I found that covers burn in as part of their warranty. Only warranty worth the price for OLEDs in the U.S

Tv is clear, sound is good on low/or high. Graphics are awesome with PS5

I love my Toshiba Fire TV, with its beautiful crisp picture and great sound. It has multiple HDMIs and with having Roku/Amazon apps, I no longer need the usb sticks. Would recommend.

I have had this support for many years now and it sure has cut down all the frustrations of any problems with a computer and Ipad and more. My computers have lasted much longer with the Geek Squad help too.
