Geek Squad and Total Tech with Best Buy are a must have. I have had Geek Squad provide the following services: desktop/laptop setup, laptap "wiping", laptop key board replacement, Virus cleanup, and troubleshooting. You should not pass on the support packages.

Hopefully I will not need to use this service, but it is always bestto be prepared and it covers 5 years, so that is great.

Good television great vivid picture. Some occassional light flashes.

I purchased this for my big screen Vizio tv. The sound would go out but picture remained. I called geek squad, whk sent out z 3rd party repair in a couple days and he replaced the bad motherboard a week later.

Having insurance gives us some relief as the new TV we bought is in great quality and we want to make sure it can get fixed if something were to happen to it.

This warranty totally worth it. We have yesterday in the past and we don’t regret it.

Geek squad are always very helpful when ive had a problem with trouble shooting something i dont understand. Thwy are very professional.

Have not taken advantage of this yet but the price was reasonable. we have electrical outages and i wanted to be protected in case there was some damage to our recently purchased television during an outage. again I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend it to any one.

I love the new tv i got .You cant go wrong with any of the SONY Bravia They will last at least 20yrs..

We picked up the television and installed ourselves. Super easy, except for configuring the television remote with the cable remote volume.

I always buy the Geek squad service with the hopes i never have to use it.

I buy warranties on all my electronics. If best buy ever got rid of the geek squad warranty id likely never buy another tv from there. But super satisfied

Great service. Had previously purchased on my 3 year old tv which Geek Squad could not repair. Offered a new tv to replace the old tv at no extra cost. Needless to say as the previous 5 year warranty was on the old tv, I purchased a new 5 year warranty on my new tv.
