The techs were great in installing all of our purchases and in explaining how they worked. We have them for 5 years so check later and we will let you know over the long haul. I can’t imagine anything but excellent service based on what we have seen so far.

Got this protection for my TV. Haven’t had to use it but I always get the protection because of the great customer service I have ever had when I have had to use them. Better to be safe then sorry

Great Protection Plan for a good price for my device.

Geek Squad provides excellent service. I take my PC in quarterly for a clean up and they are always on time, happy to provide service and are thorough with any questions or concerns I may have and provide excellent feedback on how my equipment is running.

We picked up the television and installed ourselves. Super easy, except for configuring the television remote with the cable remote volume.
