Protection is good for tv and customer service is awesome

Everything i buy gets a Geek Squad protection plan. I bought the plan with my 32 inch tv. For the small amount of money I feel I am covered. I have used their coverage before on TVs....these digital tvs are not built like the televisions of yesteryear. I have used them several times on other items and have never been disappointed.

Very professional service great job, no problems at all.

Purchased this Geek Squad protection plan to hedge my investment into our new Sony flat screen TV. Hopefully, I may never have to use it but if I do, I am confident that Best Buy will fix the problem quickly and without any hassles.

This 2 year protection plan came in handy once my tv stopped working almost 2 years to the purchase date. Geek Squad mailed it out to be diagnosed and within 2 days I received an email that my device would be replaced. I went in and was given a gift card.

price worth it for peace of mind. haven't been disappointed yet.

It would be stupid not to purchase the geek squad plan when buying a samsung tv for the price, because after you own the tv for maybe a month, you will get an insurance packet from samsung, after registering your tv online. It is extremely expensive, while geek-squad if you purchase minimum of 2 years you can renew it when the 2 years is up.

My tv was mounted and installed by two of the most intelligent agents they could have sent my way. I felt very comfortable having them to work in my home. The patient they had explaining the ups and downs of have to maneuver through the channels was a plus.

The extra protection is work it, the unexpected can always happen..

Had a small problem, getting my TV to set up, they came out and helped with the final installation! Same day even!

$25 for a 5 year warranty on a tv on sale for $150. I hope I won't need them but couldn't pass it up.

I buy pretty much all of my electronics at Best Buy just to make sure I have geek squad protection. Easy help or replacement of items.

I purchased this only because my GeeK Squad tech support would not cover the TV and I have the regular tech support for electronics and I have yet to have a problem as I have had to take my computer in 3 times and has been fixed. I figured this protection plan will be a good idea should something happen in the next 5 years.

I haven't had time to use it yet but talking to my sister and my brother I heard that this plan really helps protect your item and it keeps it from anything from having to a long as you got this warranty it really goes above and beyond his name and what it can do

Hopefully won't need the protection but its woth having
