It's good to have the protection plan in case something goes wrong with the tv. I like that geek squad will make house calls for any needed service unlike at other retailers where you would have to mail a large tv for service!

When I bought a new 55" TV I got this 5 year protection plan because it was offered at a good price (and included delivery and setup) and because my 2011 TV (same price range TV) went out after only 4 years..and on which I did not have a protection plan. So far I have not had to use my protection plan but better to be safe than sorry.

Protection plans are an absolute must and they have actually saved me when things go wrong from having an expensive paperweight.

I chose to set up the TV by myself. These guys delivered the products in good condition, did not play around, asked if we had any questions, answered a few, thanked us and left. Based on what I have seen so far, I don't have any worries about Best Buy follow-up.

I purchased the warranty for my last Sony TV and was handled professionally to get me up and enjoying my new Sony A80L television.

My brother installed my Samsung TV with no problem. The instructions were to easy to follow.

I think the Geek Squad protection plan is really good to have. They always resolve any and all your issues or problems you may have. They always give good quality service. Geek Squad is the best protection plan for any and all electronics in general worth paying for and having it.

Geek squad was great! Helped me load it in vehicle upon pickup, and gave me a few insights about the product.

5 years is unbelievable. That means I will still have a warranty when I get out of prison.

It's an OK TV. Nothing special about it. Had a 2017 samsung 4k UHD before. Really it doesn't make much difference for regular viewing. OS did not feel friendly either. If you have an 4K UHD tv stick with it or go for maybe OLED TV.

Geeksquad has been a HUGE help with several items over the years. Ill honestly never buy a big ticket item with out their extra coverage. A+++ service!
