I like to purchase the GS service along with the items I buy at Best buy just in case...and I have used them.

I have not had to use this protection product but purchased it based on Best Buy's overall reputation and good personal experience in Best Buy stores. I believe it is fairly priced for the coverage provided.

I've been a member of the Geek Squad for years and I love it. When I need help it's good to know I have someone there to assist. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly and they have always fixed my problem quickly.

We bought this to go with our son's tv. We haven't had to use it, but it was a lot easier to enroll in and alot easier to use if we have to than other protection plans that we have had. Glad to know that it is protected if we have to use it period

Great TV for gaming and watching sports and movies.

Always opt for the 5 year plan. Units tend to fail after 3 years. The cost to replace it goes up as well. This coverage keeps the ouchies away when replacing items.
