Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

When you dont have it, you will wish you did. My TV at just a little over 3 yrs went out. They tried to fix and couldn't, so i got a new TV. So glad i had it.
