I always get the warranty and it pays off. twice now I have had TV issues from TV's that I have bought from Best buy and both times due to the warranty I was able to return the TV and get money back towards a new TV. I highly recommend getting a warranty with any large electronic purchase.

I have purchased four TVs from Best Buy in The Last 5 Years I will not purchase anything without the Best Buy warranty they stand behind what they sell

WE LOVE our usual tech - all of them are great! They always make sure we understand what's wrong and what they're going to do to fix it.

I honestly can't write a review on this service yet because I haven't used it. Smh I'm hoping i won't have to. But always get insurance in your items.

Haven't had any issues with the television and mounted the television myself on existing wall mount. Haven't had to use the Geek Squad protection so no issues. Always have been satisfied with the service received from Best Buy.

Great sales associate was a terrific help with great advice and assistance. He was such a big help and did a fabulous job of up-selling the products I was just checking stuff out.

Had a 2015 Samsung screen die a week before warranty was up(planned obsolescence?) and BB gave me full refund and honored warranty. It's also the ONLY warranty to cover the specific term "burn-in" for OLED. Great warranty!

I always get this protection. Geek Squad stands by the protection service. My tv breaks down, I take it in and they stand by the protection. I watch a lot of tv, so I would never be without this protection.

Added protection from whatever happens. Only right for the money spent on the television

The cashier was lazy and use my coupon toward the warranty instead of TV. The company almost loss the sale until another representative saw how upset I was and corrected the order. I have used a prior warranty on another tv and their service was excellent.

They didnt bother questioning the problem, they just exchanged my tv based on my word. It took more than a month but it was sorted out, thankyou!
