As a Best Buy customer I’m very happy that I was given the option to add the two year Geek Squad security to insure my purchase of my Samsung 70” Television for a low price. Very satisfied as a Best Buy customer.

I’ve used this twice on a TV I purchased from Best Buy 11- 2018 and had to call the geek squad 1-2019 was a little disappointed that my TV went out so quick.......issue was resolved with my protection plan glad I brought it

I will be taking my TV in for service today to figure out what the solid light issue is.

Just not long enough, seems like we should have went with the 5 year plan and all would have been okay

Best Buy customer service is always good, I had broken my tv and went to get one and they had an open box and the girl who helped and got me the warranty was so kind!

Can not beat bestbuy tv warranty better than factory warranty bestbuy covers burn in. So forget Costco Walmart, sams ..bestbuy is place to purchase oled tv

I recommend Geek Squad protection to protect the product. The only negative is that I wish that Best Buy would lower the price on the plan, back to where it used to be. I almost didn't buy the plan due to the high cost.

Great service. The workers were very accommodating.. we accidentally gave the old address TWICE! But service workers were Very understandable and just demonstrated amazing professionalism.

Very nice to have this service to play it safe when buying expensive items. Better than most other services that have been coming out recently. Highly recommended to pick this one up just in case

My tv had pixels go out within a month - they made it right with a new tv - no hassles.

The Geek Squad guys are top notch and professional. They also took the time to show me how to use the remote and made sure I could go to my Roku and also my BluRay player. I would not think of investing money in a new 55" HD TV without a five year protection plan.

Very helpful and useful for any electronics will help out with any issues you may have.

I know people don't like having to pay extra for warrenties, but I have used them and Best Buy stands behind them if anything goes wrong. Worth the piece of mind. They vary based on the purchase price of the item.
