I have had excellent experience with geek squad protection plan

Haven’t needed it yet on this item, but have used them before and there number one!!!

This is the best service ever. I'm so glad someone created this.

The customer service was spot on as usual. I specifically wanted Geek Squad cause I believe they are cheaper then their new protection plan. That and they give awesome service.

I bought it for my tv, but when I had problem with my tv display they refused to fix it saying that there’s a physical damage; however there were absolutely no physical damage at all and it was like new. They told me even though there’s no visible damage but it is considered physical damage. I just wasted my money buying geek squad protection

The Geek Squad service agreements are the best. If they can't fix it, you can credit to buy something else. They have always been very professional, helpful and understanding when I needed help.

Great service I should have got this before my first tv suddenly stopped working repairing was more money so I decided to buy new with geek squad now I am much satisfied geek squad have my back if any issue comes with tv

The representative offered it and explains why should i get it but did not push me for it.

When you buy a TV or and appliances you need the five year warranty deals for just in case

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !

Set up was easy. Sound is great. Picture is really nice. Upgraded from 55' to 65' and my games lol fabulous on it.

Do t know yet haven’t had to use it the item is brand new so hopefully won’t have to for awhile

I have not needed to use it yet but it sure is nice to know I'm covered if anything happens to my new purchase.

Unfortunately I had no need to use the geek squad during the 2 year warranty, however I'm sure if I had they would've been great.
