If your going to invest in the top of the line entertainment then you need to get the protection for it. I learned the Hard way! I now have peace of mind knowing that if my purchase breaks it will be fixed and covered.

The five year warranty is great. I bought a TV years ago and the picture died and the warranty completely allowed me to get a comparable TV. Totally worth the money.

I have been purchasing from Best Buy for years now and when it comes to high price items (e.g. TV, PC, et al), I always usually add the GSP because I know that when I have an issue, Best Buy will take care of it.

Have used Geek Squad services for installation purposes on all of my electronics. Very professional and super fast.

reasonably priced smart TV for a kids playroom, this one does the job. Looking at the side, the top of the tv is pretty slim, just wished the bottom was as thin, since its visible in this particular room. Also no RCA inputs for a gaming unit, had to use the component input so that used up that input.

This is an insurance policy and as such it provides peace of mind even if it isn't ever used. It made sense for my TV and wasn't too expensive.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

Bought it because the sales person assured me the tv will die before the 5 years are up.

It was really easy to install. They emailed me the warranty.

Can not beat bestbuy tv warranty better than factory warranty bestbuy covers burn in. So forget Costco Walmart, sams ..bestbuy is place to purchase oled tv

This plan was actually well-priced as compared to a SquareTrade plan online with a discount code, so I went with it for the piece of mind. I am happy I went with that decision. I recommend comparing yourself on a case-to-case basis.

They were helpful when i had an issue with my tv. They came out and said it was the main board, then they gave me a credit to get a newer model

I normally don't buy extended warranties, but this warranty was a good value for the 5 year plan. Hopefully we won't need it, but I have peace of mind knowing the T.V covered if anything goes wrong.

I always feel like a fool when I don’t purchase the geek squad warranty especially after a year goes by and I break whatever it is! It should be law! If it’s over 200 bucks purchase the geek squad warranty!

I recently called the Geek Squad and they set up an appointment to come to my home. They called before arrival, very knowledgeable and did some adjustments on my 82” LG tv…. Problem solved.

5 yrs protection will come in handy judging by how many tvs konked out on me over the years
