I purchased these plans for every product I buy from Best Buy

Got this warranty at a good price along with my tv purchase. Haven't had any problems so therefore I haven't used it. But from what I read it sounds lije it should be easy to file a claim.

The try plan saved me when the mother board went out. They replaced my tv and we even upgraded for the difference.

I haven’t had to use it but I’m glad it’s there if I need it.

Have only had my TV for about a month, but haven't had any problems. Always nice to have protection if needed, especially at a good price. Anytime I've dealt with Geek Squad they've always been prompt andvery helpful. Completely satisfied and will update if any problems occur.

Always feel safe. There is absolutely no substitute for being responsible. But accidents do happen, even with the best of us.

They have repaired my computer several times and they work great!

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

Well I had other products I had bought from Best buy anf they always keep there word on warranty

I have not needed to use it yet but it sure is nice to know I'm covered if anything happens to my new purchase.

Just went with the two year plan mainly because sets usually fail in the first year or so, so gambling that it will last trouble free after all it's a Sony! Haven't used the protection plan and hope i don't have to, so no comment on how good it is yet.
