The installers were amazing and passionate about what they do. They showed me features that I didn't even know I had. They took the time to explain how my product worked and who to call if I had any issues.

I always get the Geek Squad warranty for my larger ticket items. Can't beat the no hassle guarantee since the manufacturers rarely live up to the warranty and with a large item like a TV, it is impossible to ship around so the in store warranty is worth every penny.

Reasonably price peace of mind. Products just don't last the way we consumer's might want or expect, so the warranty extension is peace of mind at a reasonable cost.

I love geek squad but for some reason I have been having trouble with this computer using GS I have been using geek squad for 6 years now and I really like it but sometimes it has some glitches

Haven't had to use it but know of others that have and they only say wonderful things about the level of service they receive and their product fixed or replaced in a timely fashion.

Never buy a product from Best Buy without a protection plan! Well worth every cent!

The television I had wasn't one they were able to replace as the brand didn't provide parts (to America?). In place of a mediocre HD tv, I received an (upgrade) 4K television, with Apps that are actually useful.

The best insurance plan around. $247 for 3 yrs and if they can't fix it then they will replace it. How great is that

I hoped never use this extended plan, which was costly, but so glad I did. I will never buy another SONY tv. This TV was over TWO THOUSAND dollars and is horrible! My $400 tv is so much better!

We haven't used this yet but I have always purchased best buy geek squad for all my other devices and its a must have I highly recommend if you are like myself and not computer savvy

Got the two year protection plan mainly for the chance of burn in. From what I understand Best Buy covers burn in . Hopefully I don’t ever have to use it but I feel it’s necessary for and 1600 dollar investment

Having a 5 Year Protection plan on your TV is totally worth it! Going through a manufacture's warranty procedure is not worth the hassle and time... so get Geek Squad and save yourself some headache!

They worked with me regarding a return while a tv was repaired. Turns out it was damaged when returned to the store. I ended up with the new tv which I liked better. They were very helpful and understanding.

They delivered the wrong TV but in 1 week, they made good on the return and brought us the right one. Now we are very pleased with the professionalism that they showed.
