They delivered the wrong TV but in 1 week, they made good on the return and brought us the right one. Now we are very pleased with the professionalism that they showed.

Haven't had to use the Protection Plan yet, and hopefully never need to. But it is very reasonably priced for the item being protected.

Recommend getting the insurance for the TV even though it’s a five-year plan you never know what could happen in those five years specially when one has little kids like to throw things around the house.
