Looks great feels great and I would buy again and again

Oddly I'm being asked to review geek squad service when I have not yet had a need to use them.

Absolutely the perfect piece of equipment. Works great, priced right, great customer service from the manufacturer if needed. AAA+++!!!!

Geek Squad services are very good for the products I have purchased.

I always get geek squad protection whenever I buy something high ticket. Geek squad has never let me down. I will purposely price match at Best Buy so that I can get this service.

Great service and reliable however the turn time has become a bit slow. It now takes 6 -8 weeks when in the past it would have taken 2 - 3 weeks. Otherwise the service is great.

We haven’t used insurance yet, I hope won’t need it, but knowing that TV is insured, there’s not worry.

Best protection you can buy but i hate how best buy changed up their policy. Very few items and be renewed. I think it's works out for best buy now instead we the customers..

totally worth the price for me its a must everytime i buy something at best buy because its so easy and they are always nice to either help you fix it or get credit for something else

I always get geek squad protection with every electronic I purchase at Best Buy. It's been invaluable for my son's tablet. Kids are tough on devices, so being able to trade one in for new if he drops it has been a huge money saver.

This is my second plan. My first, four and one-half years ago saved me when my Sony 65 tv failed. Bestbuy could not repair the set so they gave me a new, modern Sony. This save me $1,800.

Technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Walk you through issues and are able to explain in terms that nontechnical people can understand. Quick response time.

Purchased this to cover any potential problems with my product. I've had to use it before, and the process was very easy, which is why I continue to get the coverage with other products I buy.

With Sony’s manufacturer warranty at only 1 year; I have piece of mind knowing the Geek Squad gives me a 5 year warranty at the cost of $46 each year or $229 total. For a $1000+ tv if you have the extra money, go for it!

Had to use it once I believe. Otherwise never use it. Its nice to know that a part or product is covered in the event something goes wrong.
