We have always purchased Sony from Best Buy and our experience has always been great. Geek Squad warranty for a mounted tv is a must if you don't want the hassle of having to take your tv off the wall if you have issues. They come to you!!!

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

It's always have geek squat to fix things quickly when you need it reasonable.

Having purchased the Geek squad just gives me peace and security with purchasing my electronics.

Always get the extended warranty for any product of value. I always purchase extended warranties through best buy and never had an issue yet. Anything best buy couldn't fix or handle they just offered me a new replacement of similar or more.

Purchased this with my new 4K television and for a 5 year plan it was very reasonable and more than worth the money for the piece of mind. I live in North Carolina in the stick so we have a lot of dirt/dusty roads and humidity.

Got my mom a tv for Christmas and I highly recommend the protection plan if anything happens to it your covered.

It is very simple: For any electronic today, subscribing to a protection plan is necessary. I have used before and it has resolved my issues with the devices covered.

Just exchanged the old tv for the new one. Old Samsung was used a lot and had a warranty. My tv was replaced.

You can never go wrong with Best Buys geek squad service. I always purchase even though to date their products have outlived them. Money well spent for that extra security.
