I bought the 5 year protection plan for my 2018 OLED TV purchase. That TV ended up with failures covered by the Geek Squad protection, and so Geek Squad replaced my TV with a latest model year version. I had paid the early adopter tax for the 2018 TV, and the protection of Geek Squad helped by basically getting me a new TV with next to no hassle on my end, and the value of the protection meant getting another 5 year protection for this new TV. Hopefully no issues with it, but if something does happen with the TV I'm satisfied that I'll be covered if something does happen. They came and installed it quickly and set it up for me. They also took great care to mind the space, so there was no issue with having them in the house. Not sure when I'd make such a purchase, if/when I ever buy large stuff that has a reasonable chance of failure, I'm getting Geek Squad protection again.

I recently tried this product and overall, I’m quite satisfied with it. The quality feels solid, and it performs as expected. It’s easy to use, looks good, and seems durable enough for everyday use.

Harvey came out for my in-home theater appointment and he was very professional. He was on time and he explained what was going on what I could expect what my five-year warranty covered what was wrong with my LGQNED TV and what my options were was very kind he was cognizant of, my household and that our household was a disabled household, and I was very appreciative of his generosity his suggestions and his great customer service thank you Harvey for a job well done !!

Best protection ever! Had the Geek Squad set up my laptop & move my pics from my old laptop onto a flash drive i purchased & everything was seamless! I was ready to turn on & go with my laptop once i got home with it! Definitely a must to have with any electronics! The techs are so informative & know their stuff!

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

5 years protection is a great thing to have if anything happens within 5 years i can have the tv fixed and that's great service
