I like the protection best buy offers, always does a good job IF something goes wrong

Bought a LG G4 oled and theres no way im paying this price wirhout the protection olan! Now my family has peace of mind that if anything happens, best buy will help us out!

Having a five year warranty on any electronics these days is a very smart decision. It’s well worth the money because of the product has issues before five years is up. It’s gonna cost you a lot more money to fix it. I would highly recommend getting the five year warranty it has worked well for us.

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

Covers everything. When something stops working you give it to the geek squad and they hand you a gift card for the purchase amount. Easy as pie.

I will never buy my electronic from any place else. They price match.

The price was quite reasonable for this. Being a Samsung TV, life expectancy and lack of trouble is to be expected. My Mom had one for 20 years with no trouble. I probably won't need the service, but if I do, I know Best Buy will take care of the issue for the next 5 years. I feel safe with this, but hope to never need it.

I have the 2-year Geek Squad plan for my TV. I filed a claim when my TV screen stopped working but still had sound. I booked an appointment with Geek Squad, and they came to the house. They serviced my TV and gave me the info to call and order my replacement since there were no parts to fix my issue. The same day I called and the representative helped me with the replacement, ordered the TV, and set up an exchange date. Got my new TV without issues and my grandmother is very happy to watch TV again! It took 2.5 weeks to complete this which was long, but I understand that they had a full schedule when I made the service appt. I would recommend Buybest and their Geek Squad Protection Plans. The technicians were nice and helpful, the representative was kind and resourceful, and the Geek Squad delivery was quick. Thank you Geek Squad!
