Excellent package for the money. All the advantages of being in this program are worthwhile the money.

We have had a Geek squad protection on our computers and have been very pleased with no viruses or issues since we started using the Geek squad.

The 5 year replacement plan is by far the best option. Hdtv's are going to keep falling in price but i doubt that in 5 years ill be able to buy a 60in hdtv for $180.

Protection is a must have for any tv! Don't skimp out on it, especially if it's not a top tear product. Anything can happen and usually does!

We love our Sony OLED TV. It is easy to watch even when sun is shining in the room.

Geek Squad is the best part of being a Best Buy customer

I was apparently confused on what this actually covered but the great staff at Best Buy replaced my tv with no problems! Excellent customer service!

Geek squad protection always a good idea. They give you excellent free in-home service. I have needed them in the past, and one time, paid for itself.
