Haven't had the opportunity to use but have no doubt the service will be efficient and excellent if or when I need it.

I have never had to use the Geek squad yet but it is nice to have in caqse.

Geek squad can fix your items as well as set up your ports and ethernet switches at your home if needed.

The television under this warranty no longer worked. The whole process with the Geek Squad was easy and effortless on my part.

The plan is good they're willing to fix what you have before shipping it off first without even trying to fix it which most companies do not give any effort in doing so.
