Bought it on a TV for my 6 yr olds room. It died, but at no fault of my child (yeaaa). Took the TV back without receipt. The staff looked it up under my Best Buy card and the credit of the purchase price was applied to any TV I wanted to purchase. Very easy and the staff was great!

Very helpful great service excellent protection plan!

Best extended coverage on the market in my opinion. The first OLED tv I owned suffered from Screen burn in. This is the only coverage I know of that covers burn in. They replaced my TV with the same or newer model. If you are making a high dollar purchase make sure to protect it.

The children mounted my television it’s so easy to do

I love to buy protection and i bought for 5 years.

I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

I've had my item for going on 8 months now I haven't had to use anything on the warranty yet but I do know that you can renew your warranty once it is up so I must say knowing that you can do that is great because takes a lot of watery off you if your device is getting old and you having problems with it I must have all your electronics a great safety net

I can't remember what I bought this for but we haven't needed to use it. I'm sure it would have come in handy if something happrned to our purchase.

This warranty covers my new TV for 5 years! While many see these warranties as a waste of money, I would rather not take the chance on having to buy a new replacement, as my last TV stopped working after 3 years. Good investment!
